The speed with which you receive your SSL 123 Certificate depends to a large extent on the validation process. After receiving your confirmation of the order we will normally start the validation process within 15 minutes. This validation consists by a approving an email message on the selected approval address. The reason why an SSL Certificate has to be validated is to guarantee the reliability of the thawte Root. This means that you can only request an SSL Certificate for a domain name that you are responsible for.

It takes an average of 5 to 7 working days to issue a  SSL Webserver Certificate or a SGC Supercert Certificate.
